Travis S. Uhlenhopp

As a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Uhlenhopp assists clients with navigating a wide variety of legal issues including selection of entity and compliance, negotiation of contracts, leasing, raising capital, as well as the acquisition, disposition and management of assets.
As a Registered Patent Attorney and the head of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, Mr. Uhlenhopp also advises clients regarding intellectual property protection, procurement, management and licensing strategies.
With his unique combination of Corporate and Intellectual Property expertise, Mr. Uhlenhopp is able to effectively serve the role of outside General Counsel to numerous clients, managing their portfolios, vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall strategies behind their businesses.
Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Mr. Uhlenhopp was a Director at a Los Angeles-based consulting and investment banking firm where he oversaw many types of engagements including strategic business planning, due diligence, asset analysis and valuation, financial modeling and preparation for the capital-raising process.
